🌟 Mission Statement ​

The mission of the Blaine County Sheriff's Office is to provide fair, professional, and community-focused law enforcement while building lasting relationships with the people and communities of Blaine County.

BCSO deputies work closely with the San Andreas State Police and other public safety departments to ensure the safety and well-being of residents across the county.

Unlike the statewide responsibilities of the San Andreas State Police, the Blaine County Sheriff's Office focuses on serving the communities of Blaine County through proactive patrol, local investigations, public engagement, and close partnerships with neighboring emergency services.

BCSO deputies may be responsible for:

  • Patrolling Blaine County's communities and rural roadways.
  • Responding to emergency calls for service.
  • Conducting traffic enforcement and accident response.

📝 Hiring Process ​

The Blaine County Sheriff's Office uses an in-character hiring process designed to introduce new deputies to the department while maintaining immersive and community-focused roleplay.

Although individual hiring procedures may change over time, applicants can generally expect the following:

  1. Submit an in-character application.
  2. Application review.
  3. Interview or follow-up questions.
  4. Department training.
  5. Field Training Officer (FTO) program.
  6. Independent patrol assignment.
